Don’t let his wheat and sheep background fool you, our founder hasn’t had a callous since 1993. He’s our fearless leader and a country boy at heart. Tom fools us into thinking he is going on annual leave, then proceeds to call us at least 5+ times a day with work related requests. I guess that’s what you call being passionate about what you do.

First starting in real estate selling the Flinstones their first apartment in Bedrock, Pete has never looked back. You would be hard pressed to find someone who has sold more apartments in Perth than Pete. Pete is very efficient and does not hesitate to drill you with questions before you’ve even had the chance to switch your laptop on. Pete is an avid golfer with a heart of gold and has won every sporting activity we’ve done as team.

Beth swears she’s just here on holiday — one that somehow keeps getting extended. Originally from Scotland, she’s traded castles and kilts for contracts and keys (at least for now). A quiet achiever with a sharp eye and dry sense of humour. She’s also the first to admit she’s just “surviving,” but between juggling clients, paperwork, and a rugby-playing partner, we’d say she’s doing a bit more than that.

Lachlan has been King of the sales board for two years running now and is our number 1 in sales. He might not know how to properly wash a fork, but we let this slide as he’s not only a top performer but he’s lots of fun to have around and can guarantee to make you laugh. Lachlan is a family man with a big heart, and a passion for anything sport.

Tini knows real estate inside and out, having cut her teeth with a top tier competitor before joining us. Lucky for us! Tini has a sharp eye for property, a soft spot for horses, and a tendency to overthink things (which, in real estate isn't a bad thing.) She's also a dedicated mum who somehow manages to juggle it all while still finding time to say “cute” 37 times a day.

AJ is the definition of methodical. Every detail is checked, every process is followed, and every client is looked after from start to finish. If you're making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, he's exactly the sort of person you want in your corner. There are whispers that AJ may have been a lawyer in a previous life. We can't confirm that, but it would certainly explain his uncanny ability to know every rule. What we can confirm is that this family man gets serious food envy, especially when it comes to a good steak. One final fun fact... AJ had absolutely no idea HBG even had a website. So if you're reading this, be sure to let him know!

We generally try to avoid anyone that can physically harm us. So, when we hired a Jiu Jitsu enthusiast, you know they are good at their job. Since Amanda joined us, the place has never been cleaner, physically, or contractually. Amanda excels at pretty much everything she does and her keen eye for detail also means she’s not afraid to let us know when we’ve made a mistake.

Rumour has it Ash once sold a house armed with nothing more than a smile and a slice of honey cake — and honestly, we believe it. She might be the sweetest person you’ll ever meet, but don’t be fooled — Ash knows how to close a deal. After working with us before starting her family, she’s back bigger than ever and ready to take the sales board by storm. Well dressed and always rocking the latest drip, Ash brings style to every inspection and warmth to every client meeting. When she’s not matching buyers to their dream homes, she’s busy raising two kids and somehow still making it all look effortless.

Ruby may be at the beginning of her property career, but don't let that fool you. She knows exactly what she wants and isn't afraid to work hard to get there. As the youngest member of the HBG team, she's already proving that enthusiasm, determination and a willingness to learn go a long way. Being young does come with its challenges. Ruby thought Duncraig was "too far away" and finally helped the office understand what "6/7" actually means. It's fair to say there are occasional generational differences around here. Outside of HBG, Ruby is a finalist in Miss World Australia, where she combines her passion for personal growth with supporting causes that make a real difference. She must be good at what she does because she knows what the colour taupe is... and apparently, that's important. She's already taught us a thing or two about content creation and social media. In return, we're slowly educating her on the important life skills... like who the Backstreet Boys are.
