House Business Group (HBG) is Western Australia’s leading residential apartment sales agency. With over $500million in off-the-plan sales in the last five years alone, the team is entrenched in Perth’s inner-city and western suburbs with projects from Mosman Park to Leederville.

HBG collaborates with developer partners, bringing the lens of the resident to shape early visions for saleable product and exceptional end-user outcomes.

The agile and experienced team are adept at aligning with clients in WA’s evolving built-form market and adapting to both macro and micro trends within. Via streamlined CRM systems, marketing tools and channel sale networks, HBG provides timely reporting and feedback to clients to ensure appropriate adaptability in market.

HBG is one of the only agencies in Perth to offer bilingual sales campaigns to local and offshore networks.

The team has also extended its services to the South-West catchment, most recently reaching $35million of apartments sales in 6 weeks for the Geographe project in Dunsborough, with other key projects underway.

Don’t let his wheat and sheep background fool you, our founder hasn’t had a callous since 1993. He’s our fearless leader and a country boy at heart. Tom fools us into thinking he is going on annual leave, then proceeds to call us at least 5+ times a day with work related requests. I guess that’s what you call being passionate about what you do.

Ashley Guo Sales Director

Don’t let Ashley’s gentle smile fool you, she is a sales gun. When writing Ashley’s bio we polled the office for anything we could use to assassinate her character. We believe we couldn’t find anything after she bribed the office with Honey Cake. A smart move from a smart woman. After 6 years at HBG Ash still laughs at some of our jokes.

Lulu Kang Director

Lulu is the modern-day wonder woman, she is successful in business, her career, and is a devoted mother who puts her kids first. Even though she beats everyone at everything she is still a pleasure to work with. She has extreme business and sales skills and when things get tough, its Lulu you want in the trenches with you. Lulu is a real fashionista and never afraid to take fashion risks, but like everything else Lulu does she crushes it with class.

Peter Durward Sales Director

First starting in real estate selling the Flinstones their first apartment in Bedrock, Pete has never looked back. You would be hard pressed to find someone who has sold more apartments in Perth than Pete. Pete is very efficient and does not hesitate to drill you with questions before you’ve even had the chance to switch your laptop on. Pete is an avid golfer with a heart of gold and has won every sporting activity we’ve done as team.

Lachlan McDonald General Manager

Lachlan has been King of the sales board for two years running now and is our number 1 in sales. He might not know how to properly wash a fork, but we let this slide as he’s not only a top performer but he’s lots of fun to have around and can guarantee to make you laugh. Lachlan is a family man with a big heart, and a passion for anything sport.

Echo Zhang Marketing Manager

The creative engine at HBG. Don’t let Echo’s quiet demeanor fool you, she is a live wire who can do anything with a computer. Although we sometimes question why she bought such a large car that she has trouble parking, Echo is super sweet and we couldn’t image the office without her.

Amanda Thomson Operations Manager

We generally try to avoid anyone that can physically harm us. So, when we hired a Jiu Jitsu enthusiast, you know they are good at their job. Since Amanda joined us, the place has never been cleaner, physically, or contractually. Amanda excels at pretty much everything she does and her keen eye for detail also means she’s not afraid to let us know when we’ve made a mistake.

Maddy Hassall Sales Support

Maddy is the newest member of the HBG team. As the youngest member of our team, she doesn’t really know any of the songs from the 90’s playlist, but she is cool and pretends like she does.
