Jardin has been designed with an architectural approach that responds to its Broadway setting and the established character of Nedlands.

Full-height glazing brings natural light into the residences while creating a strong connection with the surrounding landscape. Carefully considered orientation and dual-aspect layouts also support natural cross ventilation and views across the city and river.

The building’s contemporary form is complemented by landscaped communal areas and oversized balcony planters, introducing greenery throughout the development and softening its relationship with the surrounding streetscape.

The residences at Jardin have been designed around functionality, flexibility and everyday comfort.

A range of layouts accommodates different ways of living, from efficient studios through to spacious three-bedroom residences. Waterwise landscaping has been selected to suit Perth’s climate, while secure bicycle storage and provision for private electric vehicle charging support more sustainable transport choices.

Jardin is positioned within one of Perth’s established riverside suburbs, with everyday amenities and some of the Western Suburbs’ most popular destinations close to home.

Matilda Bay and the Swan River provide opportunities for walking, cycling and time outdoors, while local cafés, restaurants and Broadway Fair are within easy reach.

The University of Western Australia, QEII Medical Centre and Perth Children’s Hospital are nearby, with Kings Park, Claremont Quarter and Perth CBD also readily accessible.
