Designed by MJA Studio, Freeman responds to its coastal setting while drawing inspiration from the history and character of North Fremantle and the wider Leighton precinct.
The six-storey building combines contemporary architecture with considered materials and landscaped spaces, creating a distinctive addition to Freeman Loop.
The development incorporates 46 residences alongside communal amenities and a ground-floor commercial tenancy, bringing residential and complementary uses together within the building.
