Designed by Space Collective Architects, Regal takes inspiration from the architectural language and enduring character of the Regal Theatre.

Curves, recesses and sculptural forms create depth across the façade, while considered setbacks and a carefully balanced material palette respond to the Theatre’s heritage presence.

Rather than replicating the past, the architecture reinterprets elements of the Art Deco era through a contemporary lens, creating a distinctive new addition to Subiaco’s evolving streetscape.

Designed for light, connection and comfort.

The residences at Regal have been designed with a focus on natural light, considered proportions and a refined material palette.

Open-plan living and dining spaces connect naturally with generous balconies, while cross ventilation and expansive glazing enhance the sense of light and openness.

Interiors bring together engineered timber flooring, stone surfaces, brushed nickel detailing and carefully considered joinery. Kitchens feature integrated European appliances and sculptural stone benchtops, creating spaces designed for both everyday living and entertaining.

Regal has been designed with consideration given to energy efficiency, durability and the long-term performance of the building.

Features incorporated into the design include double-glazed windows, solar photovoltaic panels, low-flow tapware, efficient mechanical and electrical systems and considered material selection.
